ABOUT OUR ORGANISATION

FE' DANCE UK works to develop creative excellence and exposes young people to a variety of art forms, creating innovative and imaginative work by and for young people throughout the North West Region and the UK. Using a holistic approach through the arts, FE' DANCE UK also develops personal, inter-personal and academic skills.

Our Aim is:

To inspire, educate and stimulate participants through the performing arts.
To change people's lives through the opportunity to take part in, or experience high quality arts activities.
To sensitise participants to value the integration of different art forms and increase opportunities for cultural diversity in the arts.
To encourage participants from different cultures and traditions to work closely together, building appreciation of cultural heritages.
To encourage networking and establish contacts with other artists, professionals and arts organisation locally, nationally and internationally.
To instill and encourage interaction, listening and understanding one another, to increase equality and community cohesion and strengthen society.
To enable young people's voice and influence to be expressed in an artistic way.
To provide high quality support including advice, information and mentorship.
